360 COVID-19 Information guides for Parents and Children

New Safety, Hygiene and Social Distancing for ALL 360 activities

Throughout the lockdown period and beyond we have continued to deliver successful Key Worker Children’s Camps at local schools, along with our Easter, May and Summer camps. This includes our After School Clubs so we have gained a great deal of experience of delivering a SAFE, socially distanced and importantly Fun Camps.

360 sports education have worked very closely with all our school venues to deliver a SAFE environment in line with the schools new Safety and Social Distancing Policies.

360 Football and Multi-activity Camps

All our camps will have a max of 60 children on site per day and children will be placed in age related ‘bubble groups’. There will be no more than 15 children per group and for children age 4 to 5 years there will be a maximum of 12 children per group.

Where possible we are delivering ALL our activities outside (unless extreme adverse weather) – so please come prepared with appropriate clothing.

Important Safety Information

At 360 we have implemented new Safety policies and approaches which mean we are doing all we can to BOTH keep your children SAFE AND ACTIVE!

  • We encourage for one parent/carer to hand over/collect the child at the designated area.>
  • Floor markings, spaced out in increments of 2m, indicate where parents and children must stand whilst waiting.>
  • Under no circumstances, during drop off or collection times, should parents congregate at entrance gates or doors, nor should they enter buildings.>

Symptoms, Testing and Appropriate Isolation Approach.

Children cannot be accepted onto camp if they are displaying any symptoms of coronavirus (Covid-19) or if anyone in their household is displaying symptoms.

If a child becomes unwell with symptoms of COVID-19 whilst at home, please follow government guidance and self-isolate the child for 7 days. Testing should be available for children and we encourage this. If the child receives a negative result, they will be welcomed back to camp, if well enough to attend. If the result is positive, government guidelines must be followed. Once the test results are received, please inform our 360 office Tel: 01252 918 888.

If a child (or staff member) becomes unwell with symptoms of COVID-19 whilst at camp, they will immediately be isolated in a quiet room and parents will be called. The child will need to be collected as quickly as possible and the guidance above followed.

If any child or staff member receives a positive result for COVID-19, the whole group they have been in contact with will be asked to not come in to camp and self-isolate for 14 days. If they develop symptoms, we encourage testing. We will inform you as soon as we know of this being the case.

Please remember that if a member of your household becomes unwell with COVID-19 symptoms, the whole household should isolate for 14 days (and 7 days after developing symptoms).

Additional Information Documents will be placed here as we develop policies to ensure that your children’s time on the 360 Camps is a positive, safe and fun experience.
