Rick Morris

Director

I co-launched 360 sports education with Chris Evans in 2015, embarking on an exciting journey that merged my passion for sports, outdoor activities, and keeping children active. Alongside managing the company, I actively live the 360 values through teaching PE, leading After School Clubs, and overseeing the 360 HYPE and Football Holiday Camps during school holidays.

Before my venture into coaching, I held senior positions at Marks & Spencer, HSBC, and the educational charity AQA, supported by my BSc (Hons) degree. This transition into the world of sports and coaching has been highly rewarding, allowing me to combine my work with my lifelong passions.

I love all sports and have played competitive football, cricket, basketball, and tennis. Holding the FA Level 2 coaching award, I also taken great pleasure in coaching local football teams (including Bourne Blades FC for 7 years) and now Fleet Town FC U17 – my twin sons play in these teams and have followed in my sport-loving footsteps. My wife, Mita, shares my enthusiasm for sports and our mutual love for bird-watching, wildlife, Safaris and travelling.

Director

In August 2015, I co-founded 360 sports education with Rick Morris, fueled by my lifelong involvement in sports. I've represented teams in various sports, including football, cricket, badminton, and athletics, since my early school days.

With over 27 years of experience in sports coaching and teaching, my journey includes playing and coaching in countries like America, Belgium, Holland, France, and China. In addition to my role at 360 sports education, I've enjoyed delivering Level 1 and 2 football courses for the Surrey FA.

One of my personal sporting highlights was representing my country, Wales, in the European Championship Youth qualifiers in 1996. Outside work, I'm passionate about watching Liverpool home and abroad, spending time with my family, and cycling across the beautiful Surrey Hills.

Liam Roberts

Liam Roberts

Training & Development Manager

As a member of the senior leadership team at 360, I'm responsible for comprehensive training for both full-time and part-time staff, including safeguarding and first aid. I also deliver the multi-skills Level 2 program, enabling our staff to gain a governing body qualification in the sports industry.

With over a decade of experience in the sports and childcare sector, I find great reward in seeing children develop both their athletic skills and unique personalities. My belief in health and fitness drives my passion for staying active. I've played football at a competitive level and one of biggest highlights was travelling to New Zealand, where I combined playing football with coaching at Whanganui Collegiate and enjoyed exploring the north and south islands.

Primary Education Manager

I'm Shaun, and I serve as the Primary Education Manager at 360 Sports Education. In addition to delivering curriculum-based PE lessons during term time, my role also involves overseeing PE curriculum delivery by all staff, managing the after school clubs and the holiday camps.

With nearly two decades of experience in sports coaching, I've worked with children aged 4 to 18, both in schools and one-on-one settings. The most rewarding part of my job is contributing towards and witnessing those "light bulb moments" when children realize they have achieved something they previously found difficult.

In my spare time, I contribute to the Guildford Flames Ice Hockey team as their off-ice strength and conditioning coach. I also captain Leatherhead men's 1st hockey team, hit the gym often, and enjoy quality time with friends and family. I've also represented Surrey in athletics, ranking among the UK's top 50 for the 400m.

Primary Sports Coach

Hey there, I'm Ryan, and I'm proud to be a Primary Education Tutor at 360 Sports Education. I joined the 360 team after completing a degree in Football Studies, and over the past three years I’ve had the privilege of creating lasting memories for countless kids through sports - this makes me incredibly proud of the work that we do!

My commitment is to foster physical, social, and mental well-being in a fun and safe environment during my sessions. When I'm not coaching, you'll likely find me on the football pitch, playing with friends from school. During the winter months, I trade my boots for skis and head to the mountains.

Ben Mandeville

Ben Mandeville

Primary Sports Coach

I'm Ben Mandeville, and my role at 360 sports education is as a Primary Sports Coach. This means I have the privilege of visiting various schools, where I deliver a wide range of sessions, including PE lessons, afterschool multi-sports clubs and football clubs. My goal is to help kids not only develop their skills in sports but also leave each session with smiles on their faces, having had a blast.

My experience in working with children spans over the past five years, during which I had the opportunity to collaborate with Aldershot Town Football Club. Within the academy, I led and managed teams ranging from under 7s to under 12s. I also worked with younger kids in development centers and pre-academy programs. Additionally, I spent four years as a player in the academy, gaining invaluable football experience.

I firmly believe that working with children is one of the most rewarding jobs out there. Witnessing their growth and development in sports is a tremendous joy. It's equally fulfilling to work with different personalities and characters, watching them blossom over time. This dynamic and ever-evolving aspect of the job is what makes it truly fulfilling.
